Dear clients,

The current situation requires our immediate attention, whether it is to preserve our clients’ health, or that of the family behind each advisor. Everyone’s safety is our priority. We therefore have the responsibility to comply with the measures enacted by the State and apply them in the main interest of all, and to adapt as they evolve. The cooperation and solidarity of everyone are crucial in order to minimize the impact on both public health and the economy.

As of today, here are the measures put in place by Gosselin Courtiers d’Assurances:

The Huntingdon and Mercier offices will be physically closed until further notice.

We are available, as usual, by phone (1-866-961-3553) and via email (service@gosselinassurances.ca). We have the opportunity to continue to serve you without meeting face-to-face. We will adapt as much as we can with the technology at our disposition. There is also a possibility that the waiting time when you call be a bit longer than usual because of the situation, we thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.

If you need to send us payment, it can be done through your financial institution (BMO, CIBC, Desjardins), or you can send us an Interac transfer to the email address paiement@gosselinassurance.ca. It is of the utmost important that you write your client code in lowercase if a password is required, as well as your full name and contact information in the body of the text. You can also send us a check by mail. For any question on payments, you can communicate with our collection department at extension 233.

We are aware that this situation is exceptional and remain at your service to answer your needs and questions.
